Yes, we want to provide the best possible service and give our guest the attention they deserve. For these reasons, for all services, whether you are picking up or would like to try on dresses,  an appointment allows us to provide excellent customer service.

Each bridal appointment is 90 minutes long.  This allows you enough time to retry on your favorite gowns, and narrow down your selection and make an educated decision on which dress is "the one".  We never want you to feel rushed which is why we've allocated a full hour and a half for your appointment

Your most supportive team!  We know that shopping for a wedding dress is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and finding "the one" should be a special, memorable moment shared with your closest family and friends.  This is why we would love for you to bring whoever's opinions you value and trust the most-we don't limit you on you're number of guests!  We ultimately want you to feel confident and gorgeous when you stand in front of the mirror in one of our gowns.  Because we think every woman should experience the pure joy of finding her dream dress with the people she loves by her side to forever share in her special moment.

A trunk show is a magical weekend where we highlight one of our designers.  The designer usually sends us 20 or more of their newest gowns to show to our brides!  Watch our website and social media for advanced notice of these events.  They are very popular and usually book quickly.

Alterations are an additional charge. Nearly all wedding dresses require a hem, a bustle and additional tailoring through the bust or torso to achieve the perfect fit. Some brides even use alterations to customize sleeves, straps, necklines and other details. Alteration prices will differ from gown to gown. 

YES!  Beauty comes in every style and shape and that's why Elizabeth Ann's Bridal carries the largest selection of plus size dresses in store and can special order other sizes to fit.

No, We are an appointment only bridal boutique.  Our one-on-one  appointments allows you exclusive access and your very own bridal  stylist. Because of this, no-shows, missed appointments, or  cancellations without 24 hour notice cause us and other interested  brides/bridesmaids to miss out on appointments of requested.

 $50 charge to the credit card provided for no shows, missed or cancellation with out a 24 hour notice.

Your wedding is in 1 week ?  one month? No worries! We have a large collection of off-the-rack selection in our Solomon location. 

If you don't want to buy off the rack we also carry designers that keep in stock wedding gowns!
